Hey! I want to share my story with you on experiencing anxiety in my life and why this program is so important to me.

I have been where you are and have experienced extreme anxiety physically, mentally, and emotionally.
If you don't know, I live with a dis-ease called Sickle Cell Anemia SS which is a blood disorder that affects your red blood cells, oxygen, and resulting in excruciating muscle and bone pain anywhere in the body at any given time on a daily basis. So my day starts off as how I'm feeling inside my body... and it has been this way since a very young child, and has created a lot of trauma physically and emotionally. Another part of my life where my anxiety took me on a path of wanting to end my life when my daughter and I became homeless in NYC, and it had crossed my mind because I felt like a failure and I had failed as a mother and a provider, but what saved me from popping another pill that day was my little girl who called me from school with an emergency. She woke me up out of that fog & gave me the strength to pull up out of that dark pit and SHINE like a Diamond today.
My experiences lead me to write a book on anxiety and share some of the tried techniques I used and still practice till this day. My book: K.A.L.I: Kill Anxiety Live Immensely - the Secrets to removing the illusions we believe when were anxious.
